Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth is the commander of the Stormwind Fleet and the Alliance navy. Succeeding Grand Admiral Daelin Proudmoore, she has been directly involved in numerous operations of paramount importance to Stormwind and the Alliance, notably during the events of the Alliance-Horde war and the Fourth War. She is located in the throne room of Stormwind Keep, in the city of Stormwind.

Biography

Mists of Pandaria

This section concerns content related to Mists of Pandaria.

Jes-Tereth in The King's Command.

Around the time of the discovery of the continent of Pandaria, Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth was present during an emergency meeting in Stormwind Keep with King Varian Wrynn. There, they discussed the situation involving the recent disappearance of Prince Anduin Wrynn. While she sent orders for the 7th Fleet to set a course for Pandaria, she was further involved in assembling a small strike team to spearhead the Alliance's arrival on the new continent.

Legion

At the time of the third invasion of the Burning Legion, when an Alliance adventurer reached Prestige Rank 2, Jes-Tereth could be found in Stormwind Keep alongside other notable leaders of the Alliance. She was also present during the ceremony hosted by High King Anduin Wrynn to congratulate the champion for their battles against the Horde, following their receiving the Grand Marshal's Medal of Valor.

Jes-Tereth was also involved in the preparations for the Argus Campaign, where she captained the ship known as the Wind's Redemption that transported notable Alliance figures to Azuremyst Isle.

Battle for Azeroth

At the helm of the Wind's Redemption.

During the Fourth War, Jes-Tereth once again captained the Wind's Redemption, this time as it sailed to Kul Tiras as an escort for Lady Jaina Proudmoore. She remained onboard the ship as it was docked in Boralus Harbor, from where the Alliance's War Campaign was coordinated. She would captain the ship on Alliance missions on Zandalar.

Later, she was on Alliance ships near Shatterstone Harbor in Vol'dun where she was encountered by Horde champions.

After the destruction of the Alliance fleet and the discovery of Nazjatar, Jes-Tereth believed that the best way to recover from the fleet's destruction was to find the fleet's captains within the undersea kingdom. She requested for an Alliance hero to discover the fates of Captain Greensails, Skycaptain Thermospark, and Captain Stonestare. While Thermospark and Stonestare were discovered alive, Greensails was found dead. After being informed of their fates, Jes-Tereth declared it better than nothing and that it was time to go to work.

She was also encountered on Barren Atol by Horde champions.

Jes-Tereth is the apparent Grand Admiral of the Alliance forces. She spends her time in Stormwind discussing plans most of the time, rather than going out to sea. She is presumably Daelin Proudmoore's replacement.

Notes and trivia

• Jes-Tereth is currently the highest-ranking known member of the Alliance navy below the king.
• Jes-Tereth is described as being one of the best helmsmen on the sea by Halford Wyrmbane.
• In Stormwind Keep, she used to have her blades drawn out.
• As with numerous members of the navy, Jes-Tereth wears a tabard of Theramore, despite having had no known connection to the city.
