The Forgeguard[1] are a unit of Dark Iron dwarf soldiers loyal to Moira Thaurissan, Queen-Regent of the Dark Iron clan, and the city of Ironforge.
Shortly before the Siege of Orgrimmar, the Forgeguard accompanied Moira into the battle against the Frostmane trolls of Shimmer Ridge.[2]
During the Battle for Stromgarde, Dark Iron Forge-Guards can be seen among Muradin Bronzebeard's forces.
