Falconhurst is a town in peril located in southwestern Drustvar, cut off from other settlements by the Crimson Forest. It is under attack by an army of witches led by the witch matron Sister Noella Briarwood.[1]
Their flight master Viviana Swailes attempted to fly out for help, but her gryphon Lionel was shot in the flank with magic by the enemy below and the two barely made it back to town with their lives. Not wanting to risk losing them again, Mayor Royston told them to stay until at least the situation improved.
