Fletcher's Hollow is a village in Drustvar. When miners discovered an ancient artifact in the local mine, the witches of the Heartsbane Coven became interested and attacked the settlement. The mine and most of the town were quickly overrun, leaving the surviving villagers as well as the militia and Mayor Evelyn Pare holed up in a fortified camp in Fletcher's Hollow's lumber yard. The Rusty Bucket Tavern, Ladd's Boat Rental, and Deals for Wheels are also located in the village.
Three prominent witches were stationed in the village, as well as a matron in the mine.
Many of the citizens of Fletcher's Hollow were desperate and wanted to find a culprit, a role Lucille Waycrest got when they mistook her for being a witch and therefore being behind the attack on the village. An agitated mob of them can be seen at Hangman's Point along with Constable Henry Framer, wanting to see Lucille hanged for her supposed crimes.
The Alliance adventurer proves Lucille's innocence in front of the villagers and later helps Mayor Evelyn Pare and the militia to evacuate their fortified camp before clearing the village from witches.
Occasionally, the area is attacked by the Darktide naga, with the villagers held in naga cages.

Due to the name and the village having a lumber yard as well as a mine, one could assume the village specialized in fletching - making arrows.
