Stormshield is the main Alliance base on Draenor, found on the south end of the island of Ashran. Set just outside the main PvP zone, Stormshield is protected by Stormshield Stronghold, the Alliance's main keep within Ashran proper. Stormshield was presumably abandoned after the war in Draenor as its inhabitants returned to Azeroth.

The Horde equivalent is Warspear, found at the north end of Ashran.
