Lord Brannon Stormsong is a member of House Stormsong and the nephew of Lord Colm Stormsong, the former house's ruler.
At the time of the Fourth War, Brannon led Anglepoint Wharf in Tiragarde Sound after he was placed there by his uncle so he could acquire some leadership experience.[1] Keegan Alby was his bodyguard. When the workers became corrupted by the dark forces of the sea, because they did not approve of how Brannon ran things,[2] Brannon received the help of the Alliance adventurers to solve the problem. Afterward, he left for Stormsong Valley to speak with his uncle in the hope that he and the Tidesages would know more about the dark magic that had afflicted Anglepoint.[3]
Following the death of his uncle, the House Stormsong appears to be led by Brannon, who later attended the ceremony in Boralus as the representative of his house, where Jaina Proudmoore became the new Lord Admiral of Kul Tiras.[4] Afterward, he could be found in Unity Square being lectured by Stormsong Aldermen.

This is it. I must prove myself through action. No more hiding, no more being scared.
Notes
- According to Gossiping Nobles, Brannon is not only not a tidesage, but he's also incapable of becoming one. If true, this may explain how he was spared from N'Zoth and Queen Azshara's corruption of the Tidesages.
