Admiral Taylor's Garrison was a forward camp established by Admiral Taylor in the Spires of Arak, but fell to mutiny when the necromancer Ephial led an uprising. The ghosts of its deceased inhabitants remain, some of them seeking to bring the traitors to justice.
The garrison is made up of a town hall, barracks, a Dwarven Bunker and several farms, as well as an inn named the Briny Barnacle.
