Bel'ameth (meaning Arms of the Goddess in Darnassian)[1] is the new capital city of the night elves of the Alliance, found at [50, 61] in the open-world version of Amirdrassil on the Dragon Isles.

Getting there

After defeating Fyrakk the Blazing in Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope and concluding the final chapter of the Guardians of the Dream campaign, fly west out of the Ohn'ahran Plains to enter the external Amirdrassil zone. Bel'ameth is under the central tree.

In recognition of the Horde's aid in ensuring that Amirdrassil successfully bloomed unto Azeroth, Tyrande allowed Hamuul Runetotem, Bashana Runetotem, and Horde champions entry.[2] However, the Sentinels remained wary of the Horde champion.
