Hornstrider

Hornstriders are horned, bipedal, tallstrider-like birds native to the Dragon Isles, mainly in the Waking Shores and Ohn'ahran Plains. They possess bone-breaking beaks, fast legs for getting away from danger, and can eat anything in the Isles.[1] They are omnivorous and mainly eat bugs and roots, but also eat fish and small prey if available. They travel in flocks, grazing on plains or plateaus and moving on when they're out of food. When nesting, they stay in a single location until the chicks are old enough to travel.[2]

Notes
