Essence of the Storm drops from creatures and is awarded to players for completing the Storm's Fury event in the Primalist Future of Thaldraszus during the N [70EWQ] The Storm's Fury world quest. The world quest has no lockout and respawns every five hours, so it can be grinded out as much as desired.

Essence will not drop from creatures in the Primalist Future while the event is not active.
