Fol'ya are beasts found in the Emerald Dream. They are similar to red pandas, but have antlers and foliage growing on their antlers, back and head.

•  [Napps] and  [Snoozles] can drop from Dreamseed Caches and are bought from vendors in the Emerald Dream for 1  [Seedbloom] at Renown level 11 with the Dream Wardens.
