Guardian eyes[1] (aka floating eyes[2] and occuli)[3][4] are animate, demonic eyeballs that accompany the inquisitors. They are summoned by them from the Twisting Nether. They come in green, red and blue colors. They use fel magic for examining.
There were Lurking Observers titled as <Eye of N'Zoth> and classified as aberrations.
