The Wildspawn are a group of satyrs which made Dire Maul east their home. They corrupted all plants and ancients in there, as well as the Fruit of Fertility to create Felvine Shards. Alzzin the Wildshaper is their leader, his chamber is guarded by Zevrim Thornhoof.

They used to be druids.

After the Fourth War, the satyrs are still present in the Warpwood Quarter, but Alzinn was killed by wandering adventurers years before the Fourth War.
