The Nethervine is a sect of satyrs helping the Sunfury in the Botanica, within Tempest Keep. Their leader Thorngrin the Tender, works to make sure that Kael'thas's botanists have the power and essence they need to reveal the naaru's secrets, even if that means untold numbers of living creatures must be sacrificed to obtain it.[1] The Nethervine would come under attack from adventurers from Azeroth, at the behest of the Sha'tar and A'dal, who sought the death of Thorngrin the Tender.[2]
