Nazzivus (or the Nazzivian) is a sect of satyrs in the camp Nazzivian in Bloodmyst Isle. They built the Nazzivus Monument with glyphs on it telling how some Highborne night elves willingly became satyrs and servants of the Burning Legion. The satyr also summon the felguard Tzerak here who calls them weaklings and kills the summoners.

As of the end of the Fourth War, the satyrs are of a limited threat, but not fully gone.
