The Sunhawks are a group of blood elves loyal to Kael'thas Sunstrider who commandeered the Exodar before the draenei, led by Velen, stole it back. A small group of them were led by Sironas in Bloodmyst Isle. Among her plans, Sironas had begun using the remains of the ship's Vector Coil to create a Sun Gate, a dimensional rift which allowed for a steady supply of reinforcements to be shipped from Outland. They wished to reclaim the Exodar[1] and seemed to want to turn the draenei into man'ari eredar.[2] They have since been disbanded by adventurers sent by the Hand of Argus.[3]

Notes
- The members use an ability called Mark of the Sunhawk.
- After the Fourth War, Zekhan learned about these blood elves, and he called them "our blood elf allies" and "the Horde threat".[4]
- By this time, the blood elves had already been members of the Horde for two years,[5] and the betrayal of Kael'thas for the Burning Legion was not yet known. The Sunhawk were therefore still considered as agents of Quel'Thalas and members of the Horde during their attacks on the draenei.
