The Thuzadin were a group of necromancers and dark wizards operating in the burning city of Stratholme, headquarters of the Scourge in Lordaeron. They guarded the Ash'ari Crystals in the ziggurats as part of the Cult of the Damned.

The name "Thuzadin" is very likely derived from Kel'Thuzad, but their relationship beyond that is unknown. They may have been his personal / elite followers.
