An emberwyrm in the Ruby Dragonshrine.
Emberwyrms are a type of skeleton dragon raised by the Scourge from the corpses of red dragons[1] to serve as powerful minions, as seen in 
[15-30] Heated Battle. They appear similar to the magmawyrms, which are raised from the corpses of black dragons.
As a mount
[Smoldering Ember Wyrm] is a drop from Nightbane in Return to Karazhan.
