Flesh titans[1][2] are gigantic and powerful Scourge constructs built from multitudes of corpses stitched together. Only two are known: Thaddius in Naxxramas, who was built from the flesh of women and children,[3] and Thrym in Zul'Drak, who was built from storm giant corpses (similar to the lesser and more common flesh giants).[4]
Notes
- Before appearing in official sources, the name "flesh titan" appeared only in these creatures' model name in the game files. The model is so named because it uses the same animations as the "titan" model, and apparently not due to any canonical relation to actual titans.
- Flesh titans are inspired by Frankenstein's monster.[5]
