The Undertaker's Pass is a subterranean passage beneath a fishing shop in the Greymane Court in Gilneas City, it goes under the Northgate River and leads to Aderic's Repose outside the capital.

During the invasion of Gilneas, it was used by the Gilnean population to evacuate the city before the Forsaken could blight them after the battle for Gilneas City.^[1] Since the tunnel was full of knee-biting critters, the worgen adventurer had to use a torch to repel the vermin during their passage.^[2]

Over a decade later, Princess Tess Greymane decided to use the secret tunnel to infiltrate the capital under the control of the Scarlet Crusade during the Reclamation of Gilneas. She ordered the adventurer to eliminate the crusaders blocking the access in Aderic's Repose,^[3] and once the way was clear, King Genn Greymane gave them a torch to repel the vermin and join Tess and Lilian Voss on the other side. The king then remarked that since the tunnel was responsible for many Gilneans surviving when they had to leave, it was only right it was the means for them to retake their city.^[4]

Following their victory, the Undertaker's Pass remained accessible as citizens of the Greymane Court could be seen entering and exiting the house which serves as access to the capital.
