Black War Steed Bridle teaches the Black War Steed mount. This item can be purchased for 15 
from Lieutenant Karter outside the Champions' Hall in Stormwind City.
In Classic Era, players with a PvP rank of Commander or higher can purchase this mount for 100
from Lieutenant Karter in Alterac Valley, Arathi Basin, or Warsong Gulch.

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 17 (was 40) and Apprentice Riding (was Journeyman Riding for steeds obtained after patch 2.0) to learn.
