Gryphon mounts

Gryphon mounts are the flying mounts for Alliance players. They come in a variety of colors and can also be used for land travel. Until Wrath of the Lich King, these mounts were Alliance only.

[Golden Gryphon] requires expert flying (costs 250
to train) and cost 50 each. Faction reputation discounts apply to reduce the price.

[Trader's Tender].- [Armored Snowy Gryphon] is only available from Mei Francis in Dalaran, and only purchasable by the Alliance. She charges 2000 for it, but faction discount does apply from the Kirin Tor.
[Dusky Waycrest Gryphon] is purchased from Quartermaster Alcorn in Arom's Stand, Drustvar. Requires Exalted with Order of Embers.- [Grand Armored Gryphon] is purchased for 2,000 from Agent Malley in Krasarang Wilds. You must be exalted with Operation: Shieldwall to buy it.
[Grand Gryphon] is a reward from completing [15-35] The Silence, the final part in the Operation: Shieldwall questline.- [Proudmoore Sea Scout] is purchased from Provisioner Fray in Boralus Harbor, Tiragarde Sound. Requires Exalted with Proudmoore Admiralty.
- [Stormsong Coastwatcher] is purchased from Sister Lilyana in Brennadam, Stormsong Valley. Requires Exalted with Storm's Wake.

by Warden Krizzik at Tyrhold Reservoir in Thaldraszus respectively. 
[Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade] is purchased for 1,000 from Dread Commander Thalanor at Acherus: The Ebon Hold in the Eastern Plaguelands.

The [Loaned Gryphon Reins] is a special flying mount purchased for free from "Honest" Max outside of K3 in Storm Peaks. It can only be used in Sholazar Basin, Storm Peaks, and Icecrown.
