Aquilon mounts were first added to World of Warcraft with Shadowlands, and can only be obtained by members of the Kyrian Covenant.

[60] Intact Aquilon Core. The core is a rare drop from the Wild Worldcracker in Korthia.

[Elysian Aquilon] is rewarded upon reaching 
[Renown] 45 with the Kyrian.
Elysian Aquilon
Vendor
[Ascendant's Aquilon] can be purchased from Adjutant Galos for 7500 
after reaching Renown 70 with the Kyrian.
[Battle-Hardened Aquilon] can be purchased from Duchess Mynx for 1000 
after reaching exalted reputation with Death's Advance and earning 
[On the Offensive].
