Stoic Reins of the Vigilant Charger teach the Highlord's Vigilant Charger, a paladin-only horse mount. After earning the 
[Highlord's Golden Charger], this item can be purchased for 1,000 
[Order Resources] from Crusader Lord Dalfors in the Sanctum of Light.
