The White Skeletal Warhorse is a skeletal horse mount that can be purchased for 500 5 
from 
Eliza Killian at the Argent Tournament. Eliza will only sell to undead or champions of the Undercity.
This item also teaches the Alliance equivalent, the 
[Swift Moonsaber].
Mount Journal
When fallen heroes are raised into undeath, so too are their horses.

- The
[Forsaken Warhorse] (at the time known as the "Swift Forsaken Warhorse") used this appearance before patch 3.1.2.
Patch changes
