Moose mounts were first added to World of Warcraft late during the Warlords of Draenor expansion, though the majority of them are only obtainable from Legion content. They are available from several sources.

Drop

•  [Highmountain Elderhorn] is a rare drop from  [Highmountain Supplies].
•  [Stonehide Elderhorn] can drop from Island expeditions and any of its associated rare and epic salvage crates, e.g.  [Havenswood Salvage].
