Ram mounts are a type of ground mount available in a variety of colors. Rams are the racial mount of the dwarves and, aside from the [Brewfest Ram] and
[Swift Brewfest Ram], all ram mounts are Alliance-exclusive.
Alliance
Ironforge
These mounts can be purchased from Veron Amberstill <Ram Breeder> at the Amberstill Ranch in eastern Dun Morogh. You must either be a dwarf or be exalted with Ironforge to purchase from him.
[Brown Ram],
[Gray Ram], and
[White Ram] cost 1
each.
[Swift Brown Ram],
[Swift Gray Ram], and
[Swift White Ram] cost 10
each.
Argent Tournament
These mounts can be purchased from Derrick Brindlebeard <Ironforge Quartermaster> at the Argent Tournament. You must have completed
[Champion of Ironforge] or be a dwarf to buy from Derrick.
[Ironforge Ram] costs 100
[Champion's Seals].
[Swift Violet Ram] costs 500
and 5
[Champion's Seals].
PvP
[Black War Ram] can be purchased for 15
[Marks of Honor] from
Lieutenant Karter in Stormwind City.
[Stormpike Battle Charger] can be purchased for 15 {{item|Marks of Honoris available from Gaelden Hammersmith in Alterac Valley and Thanthaldis Snowgleam in Alterac Mountains for 15 Marks of Honor.
[Vicious War Ram] can be purchased with a
[Vicious Saddle] from Necrolord Sipe.
Quest
[Stormpike Battle Ram] is a quest reward from
[10-80B] Korrak's Revenge, which is only available during Warcraft's Anniversary.
Class-specific
[Dawnforge Ram] is available to dwarf paladins.
[Darkforge Ram] is available to Dark Iron dwarf paladins.
Neutral
Brewfest
[Swift Brewfest Ram] drops from Coren Direbrew in Blackrock Depths during the annual Brewfest event.
[Black Ram] and
[Frost Ram] could be purchased from Veron Amberstill for 1,000
each. They were only obtainable prior to patch 1.4.
[Brewfest Ram] is effectively no longer obtainable, as it can only be purchased by characters who completed the
[70] Brewfest Riding Rams quest during Brewfest 2007.
Pol Amberstill and
Driz Tumblequick sell it for a cost of 10
.
