Ram mounts are almost exclusively Alliance only mounts.
Ironforge
Apprentice
These mounts give a 60% speed increase on land. They can be purchased from 
Veron Amberstill at Amberstill Ranch, east of Ironforge in northern Dun Morogh so long as your character has the Apprentice riding skill. If you are playing as any race other than a Dwarf, you will also need to have Exalted reputation with Ironforge.

These mounts give a 100% speed increase on land. They can be purchased from Veron Amberstill at Amberstill Ranch, east of Ironforge in northern Dun Morogh so long as your character has the Journeyman riding skill, and are restricted similarly to the apprentice mounts above.

[70] Brewfest Riding Rams.
