The Forsaken Warhorse is a skeletal warhorse mount that can be purchased for 100 
from 
Eliza Killian at the Argent Tournament. Eliza will only sell to undead or champions of the Undercity.
Mount Journal
When fallen heroes are raised into undeath, so too are their horses.
