Bears are epic ground mounts, that are obtained from a variety of different ways.
Drop
[White Polar Bear] is found (very rarely) in the 
[Hyldnir Spoils] bag rewarded for completing one of several daily quests from Gretta the Arbiter in Brunnhildar Village.
[Amani Battle Bear] is a guaranteed drop from a bag you can loot after rescuing all the scouts in a Zul'Aman timed run in Zul'Aman.- Blackpaw drops as
[Blackpaw] for Horde from Blackpaw, and for Alliance as 
[Caged Bear] from Agathe Wyrmwood in the Battle for Azeroth version of Darkshore.

[Black War Bear] is rewarded for completing 
[For the Alliance!] or 
[For the Horde!].
[Vicious War Bear] is purchased with a 
[Vicious Saddle] from Necrolord Sipe or Deathguard Netharian.

from Cupri in Shattrath City during The Burning Crusade timewalking.
[Armored Brown Bear] can be purchased for 750
from Mei Francis in Dalaran. Its armor color differs based on the rider's faction.
[Darkmoon Dancing Bear] can be purchased for 180 
from Lhara on Darkmoon Island during the Darkmoon Faire.

No longer obtainable
- [Amani War Bear] was lootable from Ashli's Bag after successfully completing the timed events in the Zul'Aman raid.
[Big Blizzard Bear] was a reward from the BlizzCon 2008 welcome package (or from getting the DirectTV subscription in the USA).
[Snowstorm] was obtained by purchasing BlizzConline's Heroic or Epic Celebration Pack.
