Mammoth mounts

Mammoth mounts are Epic vanity mounts that were added in Wrath of the Lich King. Some can accommodate passengers, and they all (currently) have subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) shadings for each faction.

Achievement

•  [Bestowed Trawling Mammoth] is rewarded from  [Army of the Fed].
•  [Raging Magmammoth] is rewarded from  [Glory of the Vault Raider].

Drops

•  [Grand Black War Mammoth] is a rare drop from bosses in the Vault of Archavon.
•  [Loyal Magmammoth] is obtained from using a  [Magmammoth Harness] on a Tame Magmammoth in the Waking Shores.
•  [Mossy Mammoth] is created from an  [Emerald Dragon Brooch] and a  [Sleeping Ancient Mammoth] in the Zskera Vaults.
•  [Plainswalker Bearer] is a rare drop from the first  [Grand Hunt Spoils] of the week from Grand Hunts in the Dragon Isles.
•  [Renewed Magmammoth] is created from 20  [Charred Elemental Remains] from Dreamsurges.

Vendor

•  [Black War Mammoth] is available from the Wintergrasp quartermaster for the respective faction (requiring control of the Wintergrasp keep for access), at a cost of 15 .
•  [Grand Ice Mammoth] requires exalted with the Sons of Hodir, can be purchased from Dun Niffelem in the Storm Peaks for 10,000.
•  [Ice Mammoth] requires at least revered with the Sons of Hodir, can be purchased from Dun Niffelem in the Storm Peaks for 1,000.
•  [Mammyth] is bought from Elianna in the Emerald Dream for 1 [Dream Infusion]. The player must already have a magmammoth mount in their collection to purchase it.
•  [Subterranean Magmammoth] is bought from Saccratros for 100 in Zaralek Cavern.
•  [Traveler's Tundra Mammoth] is also available from Mei Francis for 20,000.
•  [Wooly Mammoth] is available from Mei Francis in Dalaran for 10,000.
