The Red Skeletal Warhorse is a PvP reward, and can be purchased for 15 from  Raider Bork <War Mount Quartermaster> in the Hall of Legends.

Notes

• Sylvanas Windrunner herself was shown riding one of these during  [74] The Battle For The Undercity. It is also the mount of The Black Bride and Deathguard Hemil.
