The Seabraid Stallion is the Alliance mount from the Digital Deluxe Edition and Collector's Edition of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth.
Obtaining this mount awards the 
[Collector's Edition: Seabraid Stallion] achievement.

This mount was originally obtained by purchasing the Battle for Azeroth Digital Deluxe Edition or Collector's Edition. The Digital Deluxe Edition left the shop on 11 July 2021.[1]
From 11 July 2021 until 17 April 2023, it could be purchased as a bundle with the 
[Gilded Ravasaur] for $15 from the Battle.net Shop or In-Game Store.
From 4 April 2023 until 17 April 2023, it was also part of the Faction Pack Bundle.
It isn't currently available for purchase, but it may return in the future as part of the Trading Post and/or future WoW deals.[2]
Mount Journal
Horses in the Kul Tiran military are bred from an early age not to fear the sea, and revel in galloping along the shoreline and through the spray.
