The Highlord's Golden Charger is a horse mount and the paladin class hall mount. It is a quest reward from 
[45] Stirring in the Shadows; the quest chain starts with [45] Worthy of the Title.
It was previously Aurius Rivendare's skeletal steed, Shadowmane. After Rivendare's death, a death knight named Raemien the Soultaker claimed the horse for himself. Grayson Shadowbreaker and the new Highlord of the paladin order defeated Raemien, subdued Shadowmane, and brought it back to Light's Hope Chapel where they purified it.[1]

Notes
- The
[Golden Charger's Bridle] is a glyph that makes 
[Divine Steed] appear as this mount. - The
[Highlord's Valorous Charger], 
[Highlord's Vengeful Charger], and 
[Highlord's Vigilant Charger] are recolors that can be obtained after earning the Highlord's Golden Charger - The questline to obtain this mount is based on the original level 60
[Summon Charger] questline, in which paladins needed to purify the mount of Death Knight Darkreaver. The warlock class mount questline is similarly based on their original level 60 mount questline.
