History
During the Cataclysm, heroes of Alliance and Horde stormed Throne of the Four Winds to depose Deathwing's ally, Al'Akir. Before he was summoned, the Conclave of Wind needed to be killed. They fought with the heroes and were seemingly defeated.
When Prince Thunderaan became the Windlord, they disagreed with his ascension and instead supported Prince Sarsarun as the heir of Al'Akir.
In the present day, Orono finds the Farseer on the Broken Shore. He tells him that Consular Celestos has a message for him. The Farseer goes to meet Celestos at the Heart of Azeroth and tells him that Thunderaan is in need of his assistance. At the Farseer's request, Celestos sends to the Throne of the Four Winds.
Arriving at Skywall, Thunderaan greets the Farseer and tells him of his problem. Needing the Conclave of Wind to join his cause for stability, he asks the Farseer to beat some sense into them. The Farseer faces off against Anshal, Nezir and Rohash and is able to convince them to support Thunderaan.
Grateful for the Farseer's help, Thunderaan presents a gift.

Trivia
- This mount's Mount Journal entry is a reference to the card text for Dust Devil, a common shaman minion card in Hearthstone, which also depicts an air elemental.
