Copy Character UI as of patch 11.0.2.
The Copy Character service, similar to the Character Clone service, is available only in the Public Test Realm and the Alpha and Beta servers. It allows a player to copy an existing retail character to the testing server.
The button to access the UI is usually found on the character selection screen, next to the "Enter World" button.
