The Core Configuration Console is found next to Collected Concordances in Exile's Hollow in Zereth Mortis. It can be accessed once Visial has been researched at the Cypher Console. This device allows access to the Pocopoc Customization interface. With a few initial modifications available, the rest must be gathered through various means.
