Order Advancement
Order Advancement (also referred to as Class Hall Upgrades, Order Advancement Tree, and Class Advancement) is the Class Hall upgrades user interface. They mostly serve as bonuses for Class Hall followers, missions, and to obtain specialty items. The main currency is [Order Resources].

Accessing Order Advancements requires completing Tech It Up A Notch /

[10-45] Einar the Runecaster of the Class Campaign, which unlocks the required NPCs.
Most tiers offer a choice of two. Only one Order Advancement at each tier can be researched, but the choice can be then changed with an increased cost and research time. The previous Order Advancement tier must be researched before the next tier becomes available.
As of Shadowlands, Tier I and Tier II can be researched as soon as unlocked. Tiers III - VIII require 45.
In Legion, Tier I required level 100, Tier 2 level 105, and Tiers III to VIII level 110.

Summary
- Tier I is a choice between increasing the success chance of the first mission per day, or increasing the chance that leveling quest rewards have rare or epic upgrades.
- Tier II is a choice between an ability that either enhances missions or troops, or a creative class-specific perk that unlocks toys, pets, or hidden artifact achievements.
- Tier III increases the amount of troops to be recruited, or allows to acquire Champion Equipment via Work Orders or Missions.
- Tier IV is a choice between ways in which the troops can become stronger: roughly 5% base success or 15% success in certain conditions.
- Tier V has some variation between classes. It includes access to special third troops, instant completion of a World Quest every 3 days, Order Resources per world quests competed with a Combat Ally, or a Work Order for a Seal of Broken Fate.
- Tier VI increases the number of legendary items which can be equipped.
- Tier VII allows choosing between increasing the Champion cap, or recruiting a new powerful type of troop.
- Tier VIII allowed gaining more Artifact Power from world quests and missions that already grant Artifact Power.
