So'leah is a broker serving as the final boss of Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. She was the leader of Cartel So. She sought to assemble an artifact of the First Ones and use its power to empower her cartel. Pieces of the relic were said to be hidden on Azeroth. So'leah was able to find a way to Azeroth where no broker had done so before. Al'dalil of Cartel Al found out about her plan and sought the aid of Maw Walkers to stop So'leah.

Al'dalil and a party of Maw Walkers were finally able to intercept So'leah at the Lap of Luxury in Tazavesh after collecting the signatures of the three major cartels of the city to access the place. There So'leah was able to portal away to Azeroth and left So'azmi behind to deal with the group. After the Maw Walkers defeated So'azmi, Al'dalil was able to follow So'leah through her echo and the group traveled to Stormheim.

In Stormheim, So'leah was found in Aggramar's Vault where she acquired another piece of the relic and quickly left again once the group arrived and Hylbrande, the guardian of the vault, awoke. After defeating Hylbrande, the group followed So'leah to Boralus Harbor next where she stole the last piece of the relic from Timecap'n Hooktail and left Al'dalil and the Maw Walkers to deal with her.

So'leah transformed by the relic.

Once Hooktail was vanquished, the group finally confronted So'leah in the Opulent Nexus back in Tazavesh where she was in the process of unlocking the relic's power. During this final battle So'leah used the relic to transform herself into a creature of unbridled ferocity, rampant energy spilling from the artifact threatened to tear down the foundations of Tazavesh if she wasn't stopped. In the end, however the Maw Walkers were able to defeat So'leah, her last words voicing a fear about the fading of her cartel.

Stage One: Final Preparations

• Hyperlight Spark – So'leah creates a Hyperlight Spark that jumps between all players, inflicting 6582 Arcane damage.
• Collapsing Star – So'leah forms an orb containing 4 charges of Collapsing Energy that persists for 25 sec. Each time a player comes into contact with the Collapsing Star it consumes a charge to apply Collapsing Energy to all players, inflicting 4114 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 3 sec. All remaining charges of Collapsing Energy are consumed when the Collapsing Star expires.
• Summon Assassins – So'leah summons elite assassins to assist her.
  • So' Cartel Assassin – Highly mobile elite assassins.
    • Shuriken Blitz – The Assassin quickly repositions and readies a volley of shurikens. Inflicts 8228 Physical damage to all players and causes them to bleed, inflicting an additional 4388 Physical damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.

Stage Two: Power Overwhelming At 40% health remaining So'leah draws her relics into the arena to transform herself.

• Power Overwhelming – So'leah links herself to the relics, drawing upon their power to reduce all damage taken by 99% while linked. Striking a relic with Hyperlight Jolt disrupts its link with So'leah.
• Hyperlight Jolt – So'leah unleashes a blast of energy through all players inflicting 10970 Arcane damage in a line between each player and increasing damage taken from Hyperlight Jolt by 50% for 15 sec. Striking a relic with the blast disrupts its link with So'leah.
• Collapsing Star – So'leah forms an orb containing 4 charges of Collapsing Energy that persists for 25 sec. Each time a player comes into contact with the Collapsing Star it consumes a charge to apply Collapsing Energy to all players, inflicting 4114 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 3 sec. All remaining charges of Collapsing Energy are consumed when the Collapsing Star expires.
• Energy Fragmentation – So'leah triggers a violent reaction in a relic, releasing energy fragments in several directions. Players caught in the path of an energy fragment are knocked away and suffer 18101 Arcane damage and an additional 5485 Arcane damage every 2 sec for 6 sec.
• Hyperlight Nova – So'leah and the relics erupt, inflicting 27425 Arcane damage to players within 14 yds.

Notes

• As of Dragonflight, So'leah is currently not solo-able friendly if they are not defeated before phase two starts. Phase 2 has So'leah cast a shield that prevents 99% damage reduction so while they can still be defeated, this may take upwards of around 15 minutes for level 70 players at around 480 ilvl as of Dragonflight Season 3.
