Odyn is a titanic watcher located at the Seat of Ascension in Halls of Valor, and the last boss of the instance. As he is too strong for a 5-man group to kill, the fight ends at about 80%, similar to Helya.
Adventure Guide
Odyn, a titan keeper, was empowered by the titan Pantheon to lead the titan-forged armies against the Old Gods. In the aftermath, he raised the Halls of Valor into the skies, assembling a force of the greatest vrykul champions to defend Azeroth. But when Ulduar fell into the clutches of Yogg-Saron, he was betrayed by Loken and cursed by Helya, now trapped within these halls for eternity.
Overview
Odyn challenges players to honorable combat. When a player would die, they are instead removed from the fight by Odyn's val'kyr. Upon being reduced to 80% of his life, Odyn is convince of players' worth and ends the fight.

Abilities
Unworthy — Upon being reduced to 1 health Odyn removes the player from battle until he is defeated or all players are proven Unworthy of Odyn's respect.
Runic Brand 
— Odyn creates a brand on each player that lasts for 12 sec. The brand inflicts 25000 Holy damage every 2 sec. Entering the corresponding rune on the ground cleanses the effect and applies Branded.
Branded — Upon cleansing a rune Odyn blesses the player increasing damage and healing done by 50% and increasing movement speed by 25%. In addition, the player is restored to full health.
Spear of Light — Odyn creates a spear of light at a player's location, inflicting 341250 to 358750 Holy damage to all players within 8 yards and 78731 to 82769 Holy damage to all other players. In addition, each spear inflicts 75000 Holy damage every 2 sec to all nearby players. In this difficulty, when each Spear of Light is summoned it expels 3 Glowing Fragments.
Glowing Fragment 
— Touching a fragment causes it to erupt stunning the target for 3 sec and inflicting 332500 to 367500 Holy damage.
Shatter Spears — Odyn causes all Spears of Light to burst into 3 Glowing Fragments.

Radiant Tempest 
— Odyn emits a pulse of energy inflicting 1045000 to 1155000 Holy damage and knocks back all players within 30 yards.
Summon Stormforged Obliterator — Odyn summons forth a Stormforged Obliterator to assist him.

Surge 
— The caster erupts in a torrent of electrical energy, inflicting 341250 to 358750 Nature damage to all enemies. In addition, each successful cast reduces the cast time of the next Surge by 50%. This effect stacks.

Strategy
Odyn will regularly summon Spears of Light from yellow void zones on the ground. Step away from them and stay away from them as he will then shatter them, sending yellow light shards in several directions, stunning and hurting anyone they come into contact with. Odyn will also regularly pull characters closer to him and start casting Radiant Tempest, a spell that kills anyone in the large circle around him. The cast time is long enough for anyone paying attention to be able to run far enough away from the circle.
He will summon Stormforged Obliterators, silver valajar which will cast Surge, an electric shockwave that will hurt everyone in the group. Every time the obliterator gets a successful cast off, they will gain a buff that increases their casting speed. Thus, all dps should switch to the obliterator and stun and interrupt it as much as possible while killing it.

Notes
- In early Legion alpha, his adventure guide entry read : "Odyn, a titan keeper, forged the Halls of Valor to house the souls of the greatest vrykul warriors. These warriors have been forged into a new army, the valarjar, in order protect Azeroth from all threats. However, cursed by Helya, Odyn and his army are now trapped within these halls."
