Divine Call is a conduit for paladins. It drops from the Stone Legion Generals in Castle Nathria and So'leah in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
