Slitherdrakes are a type of dragon found in Zaralek Cavern on the Dragon Isles. They were created by Neltharion within Aberrus[1] but, considering them a failed experiment, he discarded them. Recently, a group of black drakonid still loyal to Neltharion and their djaradin allies sought to capture the slitherdrakes nesting at Slitherdrake Roost, but the creatures ambushed the djaradin and dispatched the threat. Ebyssian, Wrathion and Sabellian released the few that had been captured by the poachers, and set them free.[2]

[Winding Slitherdrake] is a Dragonriding mount rewarded from 
[70] Worst of the Worst as part of the Embers of Neltharion campaign.
Notes
- Ebyssian speculated that the slitherdrakes may have been part of the experiments that led to the creation of the dracthyr.[1]
