This mount is obtained by purchasing the Heroic or Epic Celebration Collection Pack for the 2021 BlizzConline until 15 February 2022.

Notes and trivia

• When riding Snowstorm, a Snow Patch containing 1-3x  [Snowball] will occasionally drop from his saddle bags.
• This mount has unique summoning and /mountspecial animations.
• As a Blizzard Entertainment-themed polar bear mount, Snowstorm can be seen as a successor to the  [Big Blizzard Bear] given out to attendees of BlizzCon 2008.
• Unlike previous BlizzCon mounts, the source for this mount in the Mount Journal is listed as Blizzard's 30th Anniversary.
• The journal entry is a reference to the opening lines of Led Zeppelin's 1970 Immigrant Song: "We come from the land of the ice and snow / From the midnight sun where the hot springs flow."
