The Big Blizzard Bear is a bear mount given to those who attended or watched BlizzCon 2008. A baby murloc holding a BlizzCon flag rides on the bear's back with the player.
Having this mount awards the 
[Big Blizzard Bear] Feat of Strength.

Redeemable codes for this item were given as thanks for attending BlizzCon 2008 or watching it through a pay-per-view service, such as DirecTV in the US or the Main Event channel in Australia. BlizzCon attendees' codes were printed on a card given with the BlizzCon welcome package, while TV viewers would receive a card in the mail within 8 weeks.
A code can be entered on http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/promotion.html. The site then generates another code, which can be redeemed for the mount through 
Ransin Donner in Ironforge or 
Zas'Tysh in Orgrimmar. Each code is usable only once.

Trivia
- The flavor text references a line from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar: "Cry 'Havoc!', and let slip the dogs of war."
[Snowstorm], another Blizzard-themed polar bear mount given out during BlizzConline, can be seen as a successor to the Big Blizzard Bear.
