The White Mechanostrider Mod A was an epic mechanostrider mount sold by Milli Featherwhistle in Dun Morogh before patch 1.4.0. It was removed from Milli's inventory with the addition of new, more impressive-looking epic mounts. Players who'd already bought a White Mechanostrider could exchange it for one of the new mounts via the 
[1] White Mechanostrider Replacement quest.
This mount was later renamed to White Mechanostrider Mod B. Having this mount awards the 
[Old School Ride] Feat of Strength.
Mount Journal
Forced to recall the model after numerous complaints of an "uncontrollable throttle", Gnomish engineers now refer to a proto-type blunder as a "model B".
Patch changes
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Renamed to White Mechanostrider Mod B. 
Patch 1.4.0 (2005-04-19): No longer obtainable.
