The Warlord's Deathwheel is a Horde-only motorcycle mount rewarded by the 
[Warlord's Deathwheel] achievement, which was automatically given to players that logged into the game on a Horde character from 1 August to 30 September 2014.
This mount is based on the winning entry of the Azeroth Choppers competition held in June 2014.
Mount Journal
Often referred to as the "Goblin Lawn Mower", this growling behemoth treats enemies like they are made of grass... ready to be mown down.

I'm still confused as to how the Horde "won", when the bike is no longer available, whereas the Alliance one is. What's the problem with making the Horde one avaliable again for 100k?
There are a few unfortunate legal obligations that have halted a release of the Horde's Deathwheel, from what I understand. Something about <insert legal jargon about prizing>.
Again, an unfortunate circumstance, but I'm not sure that anything can be done.
I'll bring this up again next week and see if anything has changed since I last asked about this a few months back.Trivia
- The Mount Journal entry refers to Azeroth Choppers Episode 7, wherein Samwise Didier commented when the Horde bike's engine would not turn over on the first try, "I'm expecting the roar of kodo beasts... it sorta sounded like a... goblin lawn mower."
- During the Warlords of Draenor beta, this item went through a couple of name and description changes before reaching the final version:
- It was first called Hellscream's Hog, and its Mount Journal text read: "Built by the rowdy engineers of the Horde, this badass bike is bathed in the blood of bludgeoned enemies, making it just the right shade of red."
- It was then changed to Goblin Lawn Mower, with the journal text: "Built by the rowdy engineers of the Horde, this growling behemoth treats enemies like they are made of grass... and you're here to mow it."
