The Mechagon Peacekeeper is a mechano-tank mount that drops from the HK-8 Aerial Oppression Unit in Operation: Mechagon on Mythic difficulty.
It can be obtained through the 
[Reins of the Quantum Courser], which drop from Chrono-Lord Deios in the Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty.
It can also be listed on the Black Market Auction House by Mei Francis.
