Tholo Whitehoof is a tauren druid of the Guardians of Hyjal and the Horde in Mount Hyjal. He's a close friend of Anren Shadowseeker.
Tholo and Anren were first seen at Nordrassil, where the tauren tasked an adventurer to feed the local faerie dragons in order to reveal hidden Twilight Hammer inciters.[1] In order to halt the enemies, the druids found their camp and Tholo had the adventurer use his horn to summon a Emerald Flameweaver and incinerate the encampment.[2]
The duo later traveled to the Sanctuary of Malorne and joined the efforts at the Regrowth against the fire elementals of Ragnaros. They were assisted by adventurers sent by Matoclaw.[3] Later on, both of them go to the Molten Front, where the friends are separated. After Anren returns from the Molten Flow, where he had got lost, the two conduct research on the Fire hawks of Fireplume Peak.
He can be recruited as a Horde follower for the Frostwall garrison in Frostfire Ridge on Draenor.
During the Fourth War, Azerite elementals appeared under Nordrassil, and Tholo and Anren fought against them.

Abilities

Insect Swarm — The enemy target is swarmed by insects, decreasing their chance to hit with melee and ranged attacks by 3% and causing Nature damage over 12 sec.
Moonfire — Burns the enemy for Arcane damage and inflicts additional damage over 12 sec.
Starfire — Causes Arcane damage to the target.
Starsurge — You fuse the power of the moon and sun, launching a devastating blast of energy at the target. Causes 197 Spellstorm damage to the target.
Wrath — Causes Nature damage to the target.

Bear Form — Shapeshift into Bear Form, increasing armor by 220% and Stamina by 25%, granting protection from Polymorph effects, and increasing threat generation. The act of shapeshifting frees you from movement impairing effects.
Dash — Increases movement speed by 33% for 12 sec and grants the caster an additional 50% haste.
Growl — Taunts the target to attack you, and increases threat that you generate against the target for 6 sec.
Thrash — Strikes all enemy targets within 8 yards for Physical damage, inflicting additional bleed damage every 5 sec. over 5 sec.
