Rakkaha is a jungle troll follower located at the Frostwall in Frostfire Ridge.
He can only be recruited using the Headhunter's Harvest from Frostwall Tavern.
Prior to the Battle for the Broken Shore, he appears at the Dranosh'ar Blockade along with several other druid and shaman followers, working on preparing mojo for the front on the Broken Shore.
