Ziri'ak is an Apexis guardian located at Lunarfall and Frostwall.
It can only be recruited by buying the 
[Inactive Apexis Guardian] from 
Honest Jim or 
Linny "The Skinny" Leadpockets.
It is possible to initially build the Smuggler's Den for 
[30-40] Orders, Commander? without completing the quest, summoning Honest Jim or Linny "The Skinny" Leadpockets in order to buy Ziri'ak and then abandoning the quest, accepting it again and building the Inn instead. Doing so will not remove Ziri'ak from your followers.
If players don't have the Smuggler's Den, Ziri'ak can also be recruited with 
[Contract: Ziri'ak]. This costs 5000
instead of the normal 400 however.
It can also be seen watching fights between garrison commanders in the Coliseum of Highmaul.
Notes and trivia
- It has an invisible Follower recruiting spell with the following description:
Follower: Ziri'ak — Built by a lost civilization of arakkoa, the Apexis Guardians are sturdy constructs that have been well-preserved in ancient chambers.
