The Ivory Cloud Serpent is a cloud serpent mount obtained by using a 
[Zan-Tien Lasso] on the Ivory Cloud Serpent in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
Acquisition
The [Zan-Tien Lasso] required to get this mount is a rare drop from mogu in the Battle for Azeroth phase of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It can drop regardless of which assault is active.
When a mogu assault is active, every two hours or so, an Ivory Cloud Serpent will spawn above the treetops south of the Ruins of Guo-Lai[27, 55] and fly in the direction of the Gate of the Setting Sun. The serpent will stop moving as soon as a player uses a Zan-Tien Lasso on it, then despawn 10 seconds later. Multiple players can lasso it at the same time.
The following macro will use the lasso on the serpent if it's in range, without the risk of canceling or restarting the channel:
